Technical Challenges
Main challenge of this project is clean room environment & chilled water pipes at different location with different connectors. It is a food processing unit and it also required strict adherence to health and safety protocols. Material selection & handling played a crucial role to ensure no contaminations that could compromise the working purpose of the site.

Technical Solutions
We used high-quality PVC cladding panels that were specifically designed for food processing units to resolve the challenges in clean room environment. For adhesive, we used a hybrid polymer adhesive and sealant, tested as per FDA specifications.

Our specialist technician team ensured a precise fit for each pipe, connecting joint & complex valve fittings using specialized tools and techniques. A consistent & professional finish across the entire length of the pipes proved to be fit for use in clean room environment and gained our client’s satisfaction.
