Singapore’s First Brownfield Distributed District Cooling Network at Tampines Regional Town Centre!

Alstern is honoured to have played a part in Singapore’s first brownfield Distributed District Cooling (DDC) network in a town centre at Tampines. This innovative system sets a new standard for sustainability and energy efficiency.

As part of the broader effort, our team contributed by connecting 7 buildings across Tampines to the shared DDC network. We supported the delivery of energy-efficient and eco-friendly cooling solutions that benefit both the environment and the community through the building DDC network integration.

With this innovative and advanced technology, the system reduces carbon emissions and results in energy savings.
