Tender Manager

Job Description

  • General MEPL contract management
  • Develop, review and monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Lead quantity surveyors or estimation engineers and other related staff for new qualification of tender, cost estimation, submission, tender pitching and provide add-value engineering solutions
  • Handle the documentation of the tenders and ensure accurate and timely submissions
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedules
  • Ensure contract agreements are interest of the company and monitor possible disputes
  • Liaise closely with internal departments on all contractual matters

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in leading major projects in MEPL
  • Proven track records of awarded projects
  • Good interpersonal, leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • Motivated and self-driven individual to comply to schedule
  • Good oral and written English skills to liaise with English speaking clients
  • Well-organized and meticulous to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


  • All positions are 5.5 working days (Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm; Alternate Saturday - 9am to 1pm)
