Sales Coordinator


Job Description:

  • Coordinate with Sales team and Operations team by managing schedule, filing important documents, and dissemination of relevant information
  • Prepare sales quotation and contract
  • Ensure availability of equipment/machine/materials before commencement of job
  • Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist sales in monitoring progress of job
  • Participate in vendor application
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required Skill(s): SAP, Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent

Note:

  • All positions are 5.5 working days (Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm; Alternate Saturday - 9am to 1pm)
