Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate personnel
  • Receive guests
  • Collect, distribute and arrange delivery of letters or documents
  • Date entry and filing
  • Provide other administrative work to various departments
  • Any other adhoc duties given by immediate Supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Minimum ‘O’ level or similar
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
  • No experience required
  • Able to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues and suppliers
