Pipe freezing is a method used to freeze the contents of a section of pipes by applying a cryogenic (i.e. very low temperature) freezing agent in a controlled manner. When the ice plugs are formed maturely, maintenance works to the pipe can be carried out between the ice plugs without draining massive amount of pipe fluid. Pipe Freezing service is used for: · Maintenance and repair works on pipelines with non-functional valves · Repair works on leaking pipelines · Replacing valves or flanges in pipelines with no zone valves · Insertion of branch in pipelines with no zone valves |

Hot tapping is a method of employing an under pressure drilling machine to cut a hole in an operating pipeline or storage vessel which allows for a new branch connection from the existing pipe or vessel without any interruption to the flow.
Hot Tapping service is used for: · Insertion of tee-off branch in a pipelines without the need to stop the flow · Insertion of temperature probes, flow meters, etc.
Line stopping is a procedure that temporarily stops flow in a operating pipeline without depressurizing or purging, so that the isolated section of pipe can be repaired, replaced or altered. Line Stopping service is used for: · Isolating a section of operational pipeline for alteration works · Preparing the pipeline for bypass operation (i.e. divert the pipe flow via a bypass pipeline while performing pipe maintenance or alteration. |

Leak Sealing is a method of providing safe, controlled onsite and online leak repairs for any leaking process. Leak sealing service employs a custom-designed leak clamp to contain the leak section and injection of a suitable sealant into the clamp to stop the leak. Leak sealing is especially useful in stopping leaks in high temperature and pressure applications.
Leak Sealing service is used to stop leaks in: · Pipeline, tee joints, elbows, unions or couplings. · Flanges, valves and pressure vessels · Heat Exchangers, furnace and tower trays |

Corrosion usually starts to occur before leak happens. Once corrosion or coating fault is detected, corrosion protection service provide the preventive measure to stop the occurrence or spread of corrosion before it deteriorates into leaks that endangers properties and life.
Corrosion Protection service is used to: · Prevent deterioration of corrosion · Reinforce pipe wall thickness to Increase pipeline strength · Applicable to pipeline, tee joints, elbows, unions or valves. |

Leak Repair is a quick and effective solution to fix general leak problems, even under active leak conditions. Leak Repair service employ fiberglass tapes to wrap around the leak section area, so that leak can be stopped almost instantly. Besides fixing leaks, this service is also employed to reinforce thinning pipe walls, provide corrosion and abrasion protection. Leak Repair service is used for: · Stopping leaks in pipes, valves, tee joints, elbows, etc. · Providing pipeline or structural reinforcement · Providing corrosion and abrasion protection |

Leak detection/ inspection is used for detecting leaks in air ducts, concealed or underground pipeline. We also provide leak report that specify the number and location of each leak. Leak Detection/ Inspection service is used for: · Leak detection on air ducts, fluid or gaseous pipelines · Leak detection on exposed or above-ground pipelines · Leak detection on underground or concealed pipelines |

Corrosion/ Coating Fault detection is used for detection of cathodic protection failures to buried pipelines. Using the principle of direct current voltage gradient, we are able to determine the extend of corrosion or coating fault along the buried pipeline beneath the ground. Corrosion Detection service is used for: · Preventive measure of checking for cathodic protection failure. · Determine the location of repair works · Checking the pipeline coating integrity |

Line Stopping service is used for: · Isolating a section of operational pipeline for alteration works · Preparing the pipeline for bypass operation (i.e. divert the pipe flow via a bypass pipeline while performing pipe maintenance or alteration.
By-Pass is a procedure that uses two line stop machine to temporarily stop the flow in one section of an operating pipeline, while diverting the pipe flow through a temporary by-pass; so that the affected section can be repaired.
By-Pass service is used for: · Isolating a section of operational pipeline while maintaining pipe flow through the entire pipe system |
